弊社では総米 150kg 以下※の仕込み、720ml の日本酒 400
本程度から製造することができます。
(最大 500kg まで日本酒製造が可能)
比較的金額負担を抑えて、安価にオリジナル日本酒が製造可能です。
また当社が保管している原酒を使用してのオリジナルブレンドの日本酒の製造もしております。
オリジナルブレンドですと最小 50 本以上で承ります。
※玄米の必要量はご希望の精米歩合によって異なります。

We can make the sake
you want to make, using the ingredients you want to use,
the only special sake in the world....
Why don't you try brewing your own sake?
We can produce from about 400 bottles of 720ml sake with less than
150kg of rice.
(Sake can be made with a maximum of 500 kg.)
We can produce your original sake at a relatively low cost.
We can also produce original blends of sake using our own stored
sake.
The minimum quantity for original blends is 50 bottles.

※お打ち合わせではラベルデザインのお打ち合わせもさせていただきます。
ラベルデザインを持ち込んでいただくことでオリジナルの日本酒ができます!

毎年9月30日を〆切として翌年1月 ~ 3
月頃納品分を承ります。必ず8月ごろまでにお問合せください。
受注可能本数には限りがございます。

Note: We accept orders for delivery between January and March of
the following year,
with a deadline of September 30 each year. Please be sure to
contact us by around August.
There is a limit to the number of orders that can be placed.
